We have proudly owned the RV Park and Park Model community at Lake Almanor for 20 years. As many of you know and we're sure an equal amount of you don't, the RV Park and the Community of Canyon Dam where the RV Park is situated was destroyed by the Dixie Fire in August of 2021. Since that time, we have been on a journey of recovery and have made great strides with the rebuilding effort. As we re-launch our RV Park, we invite you to join us on our journey back to a full recovery.
We are a unique RV Park compared to the other RV Parks around Lake Almanor. Our lots are massive and come in at 40 feet wide by 90 feet deep. We can accommodate anything from a Motorcoach, 5th Wheel, RV, Park Model Cabin and all the way up to Modular Homes. Each lot has up to 200amp service along with 50amp plugs. Additionally, all lots have full water and sewer hook-ups. Due to our lot sizes, you are able to park two vehicles, a boat, quads, side by sides and whatever other toys you may have. We are taking bookings for the full Summer 2025 season which is May 1st through September. Our Park is open year round for Park Model Cabins and Modular Homes.
Our RV Park located in Canyon Dam, California which is situated on the Southern end of Lake Almanor. We are just 1/2 mile from the Canyon Dam Beach on Lake Almanor and 1.5 miles from the free Canyon Dam boat launch and picnic area on Lake Almanor. It's an easy walk or bike ride to the beach and away from all the other super congested RV Parks around the lake.

Our Summer 2025 at $850 per month. This includes water, sewer and garbage. Guests are responsible for paying their electric bills. Summer 2025 season runs May 1st through September.
